Marton Kalocsay

Senior Development Project Manager at Renewable Energy Systems

Marton Kalocsay has a diverse work experience in the energy and construction industries. Marton started their career in 2013 at Apricus Australia as an Engineer, where they focused on R&D projects and achieved success by developing a system that won an Australian Business Award for product innovation. Marton also designed a solar hot water pre-heating system for the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). In 2015, they joined Lend Lease as a Sustainable Design Advisor. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Smart Commercial Solar, initially as a Project Manager and later as the Head of Projects | Senior Project Manager. In this role, they led a team of engineers and project managers, ensuring the safe delivery of projects and increasing efficiency and profitability. Currently, they are working as a Development Project Manager at RES since 2022.

Marton Kalocsay received their Bachelor's Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from UNSW, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to attending university, they attended St Pius X College, although specific details about their degree and field of study during that time are not available.
