Satya Venkataraman

Satya Venkataraman has an extensive work experience in the energy industry. They started their career in 2005 as an Engineer at Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. They then moved on to ABB, Corporate office, Bangalore, where they held the position of Senior Energy Analyst from December 2005 to November 2008. In this role, Satya had various responsibilities, including leading strategy and bidding for turnkey automation projects, assisting the VP of Operations with energy modeling and reviews, and handling project commercials and contracts. From 2009 to 2011, Satya worked at Wipro EcoEnergy as a Senior Engineer, focusing on energy and sustainability projects. They also interned at Mercados Energy Markets India Private Limited in 2010. Satya then pursued an MBA in Energy and Environment at Symbiosis Institute of International Business from 2009 to 2011. After completing their MBA, Satya joined Kepler and assumed roles such as Senior Consultant Strategy, Strategy Business Development Manager, and Practice Leader for Energy - Renewables / Power - Strategy and Operations. Finally, Satya currently works at RES as the Leader of Energy Strategy and has previously served as the Leader of Business Development for Renewables / Sustainability.

Satya Venkataraman completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics from Government College of Engineering in 2004. After some years, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from Symbiosis International University, which they completed in 2011.
