Tristan Grimes

Tristan Grimes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tristan started their career at the University of Exeter as a Technical Draftsman, where they managed the design of a sheet moulding compound machine. Tristan was responsible for creating detailed drawings, procuring components, and conducting research and development to improve machine functionality.

In 2012, Tristan joined CleanEarth as a Project Engineer, using their engineering background to assess the financial viability of wind turbine projects and establish the necessary processes for project delivery. Tristan quickly moved up to the role of Project Manager, where they managed Project and Electrical Engineers to deliver large-scale solar PV, medium-scale wind turbine, and biomass projects.
