Peter Adam

Peter Adam currently serves as the General Manager at Renewal by Andersen of Central PA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Operations Manager at LeafFilter Gutter Protection from March 2017 to May 2023, and was the Owner of P. A. S. from 2012 to 2018, focusing on client success and maintaining a balanced business growth. From January 2014 to December 2016, Peter worked as the Vice President at Champion Window Manufacturing, where responsibilities included managing operations across 18 home improvement locations, overseeing sales performance, marketing, and ensuring customer experience excellence. Peter's earlier experience includes serving as Regional/Area General Manager at Sears Home Improvement Products from November 2003 to December 2013, managing nine locations in the Northeastern U.S., and as Chief Operations Officer at National Grants Conferences from April 1996 to November 2002, leading field operations and training. Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Grandview College, earned between 1991 and 1994.
