Giorgio Ceresoli is a Senior Technical Engineer at Renewco Power since October 2022, specializing in the preliminary design of photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and green hydrogen (gH2) plants utilizing PVcase and AutoCAD. Giorgio consistently enhances a green hydrogen model to evaluate various projects and scenarios from both technical and commercial perspectives, optimizing levelized cost of hydrogen (LCOH), internal rate of return (IRR), and net present value (NPV). Prior experience includes roles as a Solar Project Engineer at Pacific Green Technologies and a Research Intern at Universidad de Sevilla, where Giorgio focused on solid particle receiver modeling and plant integration for concentrated solar power systems. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Energy Engineering with a focus on Green Power Systems from Politecnico di Milano and an Erasmus Exchange in Energy Engineering. Additionally, Giorgio possesses background in organizing activities for international youth programs.
