Ethan Fernhaber

Ethan Fernhaber has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Ethan is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Helix33, where they are responsible for financial direction, culture retention, relationship management, strategic planning, and security. Prior to this role, Ethan co-founded Volumod, a volumetric modular construction facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. At Volumod, they revolutionized the construction industry by building high-quality units year-round inside a factory, delivering them to Midwest developers efficiently and with guaranteed pricing. Before starting Volumod, Ethan founded Renewing Management, Inc., a company focused on transforming communities across Indiana through the restoration of hope. Ethan owns and operates apartment communities and develops new multi and single-family neighborhoods with a vision to expand to 40 communities by 2030. Earlier in their career, Ethan worked as a Collateral Examiner at Wells Fargo Business Credit.

Ethan Fernhaber received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, from 1995 to 2000.
