Rakesh Singh

Rakesh Singh is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership positions within the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Encapsulants & Backsheets at RenewSys India Pvt. Ltd. since August 2023, Rakesh previously held the role of CEO & Executive Director at Mahindra Solarize from May 2021 to August 2023. Rakesh also served as the Chief Executive Officer for Utilities and C&I and Chief Operating Officer at Mahindra Susten between November 2018 and January 2021, and as CEO & Executive Director at Modison Metals Limited from August 2012 to October 2018. Earlier experience includes a strategic sourcing and operations role as Sr. Dy. General Manager at M/S Larsen & Toubro Ltd. from October 1995 to August 2012. Rakesh Singh has an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical from DYPCET and completed the Mahindra Universe Program at Harvard University in 2019.
