Montserrat Galán Aparicio

Montserrat Galán Aparicio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Auxiliar administrativo at RENFE since June 2022, Montserrat is involved in promoting and selling banking products while addressing customer needs. Since June 2019, Montserrat has also been a municipal councilor for the Ayuntamiento San Lorenzo de El Escorial, participating in the opposition group. With previous experience as a customer service manager at Banco BBVA and various administrative roles in different companies, including Estudiodoce S.L and Ferrovial, Montserrat has developed a strong skill set in client relations and operational management. Montserrat holds a degree in Business from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has pursued additional certifications in nursing, entrepreneurship, and digital marketing.
