Paloma Baena Olabe serves as Global Strategy Director at RENFE, responsible for shaping and evolving the company's strategy within a workforce of 15,000 employees. In addition to this role, Paloma holds various academic and advisory positions, including serving as an Adjunct Professor at IE School of Politics, Economics & Global Affairs and as a member of the Executive Commission at the Real Instituto Elcano.
