Jyothsna Karthik

Jyothsna Karthik has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Consultant at rENIAC, Inc. since 2017. Previously, Jyothsna worked as a Software Engineer II at Cisco, where Agile planning and estimation processes were led. Early career roles include Engineer-QC at Cisco (formerly NDS Services Pay-Tv Technology Private Limited), focusing on software design discussions, requirements analysis, and documentation, as well as Systems Engineer-Trainee at Infosys Ltd., which involved training in various programming modules. Jyothsna holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Additionally, Jyothsna has experience in entrepreneurship, having successfully implemented a fund model for improved technology access in rural India as an E Leader at the National Entrepreneurship Network.
