Kiryn Howard

Kiryn Howard is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in company secretarial and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Assistant Company Secretary and Solicitor at Renishaw since March 2020, Kiryn's background includes roles as a Corporate Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at VWV from September 2017 to March 2020, where expertise in property litigation, commercial, and corporate matters was developed. Prior to this, Kiryn worked as a Commercial Property Paralegal at VWV, assisting in a variety of transactions, particularly within the education and charities sectors. Additional experience includes work as a Legal Advisor at Sex Ed Meds and various work placements at multiple law firms. Kiryn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and German LLB from the University of Bristol and a Legal Practice Course certification from Cardiff University.
