Heike Lepack

Heike Lepack MBA possesses extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, currently serving as the Global Director of Procurement - Direct Material at RENK Group since April 2022. Previously, Heike held the position of Director Global Procurement at AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group from March 2019 to March 2022, and as Head of Strategic Sourcing at H3 Grob Aircraft SE for a brief period in 2018. A seasoned professional, Heike's career also includes roles such as Vice President Procurement and Commodity Manager/Lead Buyer at Diehl Aviation from January 2012 to June 2018, and various positions including Supplier Sourcing & Development at Hansgrohe AG and strategic purchasing roles at Bizerba.
