Folake Alex-Adedipe has a solid background in legal and compliance roles. Folake is currently working at Renmoney as the Head of Legal & Compliance and Company Secretary since April 2021. Folake also has experience as an Associate at The New Practice from June 2011 to September 2011, as a Research Assistant at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK from June 2010 to April 2011, and as an Associate at J.O Fabunmi & Co from October 2008 to July 2009.

Folake Alex-Adedipe has a strong educational background in law and finance. Folake began their academic journey at Obafemi Awolowo University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from 2003 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, Folake attended The Nigerian Law School from 2007 to 2008, earning their B.L degree in Law. To further enhance their legal expertise, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Business Law from University College London, which they completed between 2009 and 2010.

Seeking to broaden their knowledge in the field of finance, particularly for business executives, Folake enrolled in the Finance for Business Executives program at Harvard Business School in 2023.
