Tina Norman

Tina Norman has a diverse work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Most recently, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Rennes Group, where they were responsible for the overall administration and coordination of HR services. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance for four years. Tina also has experience in academia, working as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Tina has held various HR positions at GENCO, Schneider National, and Schneider National, Inc, where they demonstrated their expertise in teammate culture, associate relations, performance management, and staffing. Overall, Tina has a proven track record of effectively managing HR functions and supporting business leaders.

Tina Norman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1995 to 1998. Tina later pursued a Masters degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Tina has obtained certifications, including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in May 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2009.
