Terri has successfully increased property income and maintained high leasing percentages while overseeing day-to-day operations. Additionally, they have experience in general contracting, supervision of personnel, and handling emergencies effectively. Prior to property management, Terri also has experience in customer service and aviation administration from their time in the United States Navy.
