Maria Ammirati has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and event management industry. Currently serving as the Sales Manager for the Reno-Sparks Convention Authority since December 2018, Maria has also held significant roles such as Director of Sales & Marketing at Official ASM Global and Senior Catering Sales Manager at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, where a focus was on social and corporate catered events. Previous positions include Property Sales Manager for Caesar's Entertainment Corporation, Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Reno, and Catering Sales Manager at Grand Sierra Resort. Early in their career, Maria excelled as a Catering Manager at Circus Circus Hotel and Casino, a Sales Executive at Intuit Payroll, and an Account Manager at Riser Group, where strong client relationships and sales growth were priorities.
