Matheus Burba

Matheus Burba is an accomplished investment professional with significant experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Strategy and Allocation at Renova Invest since August 2021, Matheus leads initiatives to enhance the company's relevance in the market by developing sales strategies based on macroeconomic conditions and client suitability, while also conducting technical and commercial training for advisors. Previously, Matheus contributed to the institution's growth as a Partner focused on Expansion and New Projects, where responsibilities included the onboarding of new hires and the establishment of new offices nationwide. Matheus began their career at Itaú BBA as a Treasury Products Intern, gaining extensive technical, analytical, and organizational skills while overseeing product approval and renewal processes. Matheus holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed in 2021.
