Colleen Strachan

Colleen Strachan is an experienced Spiritual Formation Specialist currently serving at Compassion International since September 2018. In this role, Colleen develops and implements strategies for spiritual formation within the global workforce and the Marketing and Innovation division, contributing to a healthy organizational culture during a period of transition. Colleen's expertise includes connecting spiritual development with employee engagement and overall well-being, alongside speaking engagements on aligning faith and work. Prior roles include managing refugee resettlement at World Relief, leading family ministry programs at West Side Church, and providing administrative support at International Justice Mission. Colleen holds a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and English Literature from Wheaton College.
