Giorgia Gesmundo

Giorgia Gesmundo is currently an HR Business Partner at Renovit since October 2023 and previously held the same position at ENGIE Italia from November 2022 to August 2023. In these roles, Giorgia focused on various HR functions including recruitment processes, stakeholder management, employee administration, compensation and performance management support, and organizational change initiatives. Prior to this, Giorgia gained experience as a Junior HR Recruiter at Formula Impresoft from May 2022 to October 2022, managing recruiting processes and engaging in employer branding and university relations. Giorgia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from 24ORE Business School and a Master's degree in Law from Università LUM.
