Daina Gjemre

Daina Gjemre has a diverse background in human resources and leadership roles. Daina currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at RENOVO Solutions, where they lead a team to support healthcare and life sciences employees. Prior to that, Daina was a Partner at Lacey Lake Leadership, focusing on human capital. Daina also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at rEvolution, where they oversaw talent and HR efforts. Daina has experience in various industries, including advisory and technology consulting at HBR Consulting and consumer and brand marketing at Burson-Marsteller. Daina also played a significant role in building the HR function at ST Residential, a start-up real estate company. Daina's early career included positions at FCB Global and Chicago magazine.

Daina Gjemre earned a BA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
