Aurel Baker

Aurel Baker is a Registered Nurse at Renown Health since April 2018, bringing over a decade of experience in the Emergency Room. Previous roles include serving as an NREMT-II and Perioperative Tech at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center from November 2006 to 2016. Aurel also operated as an EMS Instructor/Faculty at Truckee Meadows Community College, teaching a six-credit EMS course in the fall of 2013. Additionally, Aurel contributed as a Student Researcher at the University of Nevada Reno, focusing on toxicological mechanisms of arsenic and associated health pathologies under the guidance of Assistant Professor Jeff Angermann, PhD. Aurel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and received an Advanced Diploma from Galena High School.
