Kaitlin Weber

Kaitlin Weber is an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in clinical excellence and management. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Excellence at Renown Health since June 2022, Kaitlin has previously held roles such as ENPC director and TNCC director while working in self-employment and for the Emergency Nurses Association, respectively. Previous positions include Program Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor at Northern Nevada Medical Center and Sage Patch Ranch, where Kaitlin focused on quality review and process improvement for cardiac patients and community resilience training through equine therapy. Kaitlin's nursing experience spans critical care units at UCLA Health and OHSU, as well as a history with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and various ICU settings. Kaitlin holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Arizona.
