Jennifer Neher is the Vice President of Technical & Support Operations at RenPSG. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in operations and customer experience.

Jennifer started their career at Able, where they were the Vice President of Operations. Jennifer then moved to Omatic, where they were the Vice President of Customer Experience. At Omatic, Jennifer oversaw the customer experience team and implemented best-in-breed solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In their current role at RenPSG, Jennifer is responsible for technical support, product training, and quality assurance. Jennifer is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and strives to ensure that RenPSG customers are always satisfied.

Jennifer Neher received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
