Kris Lambrecht

Kris Lambrecht is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Group HR Director at RENSON Ventilation - Sunprotection - Outdoor since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kris held the position of HR Director at Milcobel from October 2014 to May 2023, overseeing HR strategies for a company that processes 1.6 billion liters of milk annually. Kris also worked as Senior HR Manager for Belgium at Alpro, contributing to the development of soya-based foods and drinks from November 2005 to September 2014. Earlier career experiences include serving as an HR Business Partner at Philips and HR Manager at Tectrade, along with roles in recruitment and research. Kris holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Ghent University, obtained between 1992 and 1997, and completed studies at Sint-Lodewijkscollege Lokeren from 1986 to 1992.
