Makbule Top

Makbule Top is a seasoned professional in patient advocacy and engagement, currently serving as Global Senior Manager for Patient Advocacy Renal Cardio and previously as Global Senior Patient Engagement Manager at Novartis since July 2020. Makbule has also held multiple roles at Novartis from 2007 to 2010, including Marketing Trainee and Junior Product Manager. Makbule is a PhD candidate at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, focusing on access to medical products for patients with rare diseases. Additional experience includes a research project with CORD Chinese Organisation for Rare Diseases, and a position as Pricing and Market Access Manager at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
