Mark DeLembo, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Upbound Group since March 2021 and has a long-standing career at Rent-A-Center, starting in October 1997. In various roles, including Director of Customer Experience and Senior Manager, Mark has led initiatives to enhance customer experiences across over 2,000 retail locations, spearheading the implementation of the Voice of the Customer program and fostering training and operational support for field leadership. Mark holds multiple degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Cleveland State University and John Carroll University.
