Thomas Gruver

Thomas Gruver has extensive work experience in the field of pricing and sales strategy. Thomas started their career in 1999 as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy, where they worked until 2003. In 2013, they joined Rent-A-Center as a Sr. Director of Sales Strategy and later took on roles as a Sr. Director of Pricing and Sales Strategy and ultimately became the VP of Pricing and Sales Strategy. Their tenure at Rent-A-Center is ongoing and they have been instrumental in developing strategies for pricing and sales.
