Samarth Raidkar has 17 years of industry experience in recruitment and talent sourcing. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Talent Sourcer / Researcher at Rent A Sourcer, where their mission is to own an essential piece in the recruitment cycle, enabling recruiters to focus on closing more candidates. Samarth works directly with the company's Certified Talent Sourcers, known as "RASperts", who are experts in understanding customer requirements and sourcing the right talent.
