Ally Anderson

Ally Anderson's work experience includes several roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Ally is currently employed at Rent. as a Senior Manager of Human Resources. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte as a Consultant in M&A Human Capital. Before that, Ally held various roles at Fiserv, including Human Resources Manager & M&A Lead and Senior Human Resources Consultant. Ally also completed several rotations as part of the HRLDP program, where they gained experience in HRBP roles supporting different business units. Additionally, Ally has worked as a BBA Course Facilitator at the Wisconsin School of Business, a Human Resources Intern at Verizon, a Greek Intern Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the VP of Finance at Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters. Ally also had an internship at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota as a Talent Acquisition Intern.

Ally Anderson began their education at Blaine High School from 2009 to 2013, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. In 2016, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Università Bocconi, where they pursued further studies in Human Resources Management and Services for a brief period.
