Cynthia Fluellen

Cynthia Fluellen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cynthia started their career at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Housing/ Residence Life as a Resident Assistant, where they assisted students with adjusting to college life and enforced campus rules and regulations. Cynthia then worked at Chattanooga Books as a Site Manager, where they trained employees, reviewed applications, and conducted interviews. Cynthia's next role was at FedEx Express as a Customer Service Representative/Revenue Services, where they assisted customers with package concerns and billing issues. Cynthia then joined Gotta Dance Atlanta as a Work Study, followed by RentPath, LLC as a Billing Operations Support Specialist, where they validated contracts and maintained a portfolio of markets for billing and contract entry. Currently, they are working at Fiserv as a Billing Specialist. Overall, Cynthia has gained a range of skills in customer service, management, and operations throughout their career.

Cynthia Fluellen attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2006 to 2011 and earned their Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.
