Quality Control Analyst - Onboarding at Rent.

Scott Berger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott started their career as a Cook and Busser at Sportsmans Bar and Grill, where they developed a strong work ethic and gained experience in the food service industry.

Scott then worked as a Stonework Sign Fabricator at Rivard Stone, where they were responsible for the fabrication and customization of stone signs.

Scott also had a role as an Assistant Manager at Guitar Center, where they managed daily store operations and drove sales efforts in a commission-driven retail environment.

Scott then joined Apple as a Genius Bar and Family Room Specialist, providing customer service, facilitating training sessions, and performing device repairs.

Later, Scott co-founded Waltzetto Composition Group, an indie songwriting studio, and served as the Head Engineer. Scott contributed to the success of notable projects by employing eclectic recording techniques.

Following that, they worked as a Desktop Support Contractor for CompuCom, providing technical support to corporate employees at Target's headquarters.

Most recently, Scott worked at Rent as a Quality Control Analyst, Employee Programs Manager, and Portland Office Manager. Scott implemented call quality scorecards, analyzed employee NPS data, and led a wellness team focused on employee well-being and inclusivity. Additionally, they served as a Client Success Team Lead, managing a portfolio of clients and streamlining processes during a company-wide acquisition. Overall, Scott has demonstrated adaptability, leadership, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction in their various roles.

Scott Berger earned an AAS in Audio Production and Engineering from the Institute of Production and Recording, where they studied Music Production and Engineering from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies from Somerset High School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Scott also holds a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1, which they obtained from SuccessHACKER in April 2022.
