Tara Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and franchise services within the car rental industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at RentalMatics since November 2019, Tara excels in managing client rollouts of the platform to enhance productivity and efficiency for rental fleets. Prior to RentalMatics, Tara held various leadership roles at Hertz from 2004 to 2017, including Senior Director of Franchise Services for EMEA, where responsibilities included optimizing fee income growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring compliance across multiple countries. Tara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in French and Sociology from Maynooth University, alongside diplomas in Event Management and PR, Social Media Marketing, and a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
