Lily Ostapchuk

Lily Ostapchuk is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Rentberry. Lily has over seven years of experience in the industry, and has been with Rentberry for over three years. Prior to their current position, they served as the Marketing Director for Galliada Property Management for four years, and as a Marketing Associate for Interfax-Ukraine News Agency for ten months.

Lily is responsible for leading Rentberry's product strategy, roadmapping, advanced prototyping, and user experience design. Lily has also coordinated a team of five engineers and introduced new work processes. In addition, they have conducted competitive assessments, developed user stories and business requirements, and clearly defined product functionality.

Under Lily's leadership, Rentberry has become a leading innovator in the transparent rental auction market, creating a healthy environment in which all prospective tenants can evaluate the competition to make educated offers. This open assessment results in a fair market price that benefits both the landlord and the tenant.

Lily Ostapchuk has a Bachelor's degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the field of International Information/International Relations. Lily also has a Master's degree from Columbia University in the City of New York in the School of Continuing Education. Lily has completed two online courses- Introduction to Marketing and Social Psychology.

The team has a wide range of experience in technology, marketing, and design. Lily Ostapchuk is responsible for product development and oversees the team's work. The team collaborates closely to create products that are user-friendly and meet the needs of their customers.
