Jessica Kopischke

Jessica Kopischke has extensive work experience in compliance, risk management, legal consulting, and paralegal roles. Jessica currently holds the position of Vice President of Compliance at Renters Warehouse, a role they have been in since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Paralegal and Risk Manager at Sherman Associates from December 2017 to May 2019. Jessica also served as a Consultant in Legal and Centralized Operations Implementation at Fernbrook Lane Capital Advisors LLC from August 2017 to November 2017. Before that, they held various roles at Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp., including Legal and Compliance Manager from September 2016 to August 2017, Managing Paralegal from August 2015 to September 2016, and Paralegal from January 2013 to August 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Paralegal at Nichols Kaster, PLLP from July 2010 to January 2013, where they gained experience in labor and employment law.

Jessica Kopischke earned a Bachelor's degree in English Writing, Political Science, and Art from Concordia College between 2002 and 2006. Jessica then pursued further education and received a Post Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute in 2010. In addition to their degree and certificate, Jessica also obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota Paralegal Institute in May 2010.
