Laura Paulina Navor Blanco is a seasoned professional in innovation and management, currently serving as Lider Innovación at Renting Colombia SAS since December 2016. In this role, Laura has implemented agile methodologies to support organizational transformation and has developed customer-centric products and services by identifying client needs. Prior to this, Laura held several positions in innovation and commercial management at Compañía Nacional de Chocolates S.A.S, demonstrating a strong foundation in commercial strategy and research development. Laura's educational background includes a Master's degree in Innovation and Knowledge Management from Universidad EAFIT, a specialization in Business Management from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and an undergraduate degree in Administrative Engineering from the same institution.
