Shibu Andrews is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support, operations management, and process improvement. Currently serving as Assistant Manager and Team Lead for IoT & Product Experience at Rently since April 2019, Shibu oversees a technical support and operations team for a smart home technology provider, managing service delivery for over 25 members. Previously, Shibu held the role of Senior Process Executive at Vodafone, where responsibilities included understanding legal documents and identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, Shibu worked as an Executive Analyst at Vodafone, focusing on operational policies and worker communication. Earlier experience includes serving as a Data Migration Analyst at Oracle, specializing in consulting and performance analysis for data migration requirements.
