Rakan al Harbi

Rakan Al Harbi, CAPM®, ECBA™, currently serves as a Senior HRIS Specialist at ROSHN, beginning in September 2022, focusing on optimizing HR Information Systems to enhance employee data management and workflow efficiency. Rakan completed the HIMAM Leadership Program, which provided intensive leadership training across multiple departments, fostering a comprehensive understanding of business operations. Previous roles include Customer Experience Analyst, where data analysis and customer feedback played a crucial role in improving business processes, and Human Resources Trainee, with responsibilities in employee support and interview arrangements. Earlier experience also includes a Business Analyst position at Shgardi, centered on data analysis and application quality enhancement. Rakan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and has pursued English Language studies in the USA.
