Novie Ardyanti is a seasoned professional in pest management and client relations, currently serving as a National Key Account at Rentokil Initial since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Field Biologist at PT. Rentokil Initial Indonesia from September 2019 to April 2024, where Novie consistently met client targets, improved team performance, and facilitated training sessions with a notable success rate. Previous positions also include Field Coordinator at PT. Seriatama Indoreka and Assistant Lecturer at Institut Pertanian Bogor, where guidance was provided to students during practicums. Novie holds a Bachelor's degree in Plant Protection and Integrated Pest Management from IPB University, obtained in 2018.
