Phill Wood

Phill Wood is an experienced business leader with a strong background in management and operations. Currently serving as Area Managing Director for UK, Ireland, the Baltics, and the Rest of the World at Rentokil Initial since November 2013, Phill has held multiple leadership roles within the same company since 2006, including Area Managing Director for UK, Ireland, and the Baltics and Area Managing Director for the Europe Region. Prior to joining Rentokil Initial, Phill was the Managing Director of Emergency Services and Business Development at Lex Vehicle Solutions and held executive positions at Lex Transfleet and Lex Service. Phill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from St Laurence Bradford on Avon.
