Robyn Thomas

Robyn Thomas is an experienced HR leader and organizational development professional with a strong background in talent management, leadership development, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as HR Director Pacific at Rentokil Initial since May 2018, Robyn's roles have included Interim Talent Director and Head of Corporate HR. Prior experience includes positions as Learning Partner at Harrods and Senior OD Consultant, along with various consultancy roles at Air New Zealand. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Consulting Psychologist at Added Insight and as Behaviour Analyst at ABC Therapists. Robyn holds a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis from The University of Auckland.
