Vice President - Sales (national Key Accounts, Customer Care, Sales Capability) at Rentokil PCI

Roby Thomas has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Roby began their career in 1992 at Informatics Computer Systems, where they served as a Training Executive and later as an Implementation Officer and Centre Manager. In 1995, they joined TNT India Pvt Ltd as an Area Sales Manager and subsequently held positions as a Regional Customer Service Manager, Senior Regional Sales Manager, and National Sales Manager. Roby joined Rentokil India Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 as Director of Sales and later moved on to become Vice President of Sales at Rentokil PCI. In this role, they managed national key accounts, customer care, and sales capability. Roby also served as Vice President of NKA & Sales Excellence at Rentokil Initial, overseeing operations across various countries.

Roby Thomas obtained a Pre-University degree in Science from St. Anthony's College in Shillong from 1983 to 1985. Roby then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree from the same college, graduating in 1989. Following this, they enrolled at NEHU, Shillong, where they completed their Master of Science degree in Science from 1989 to 2001. In 1988, they attended SIES College in Mumbai, where they pursued a Diploma in Business Management, which they completed in 1998. Additionally, Roby obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Datamatics Institute of Computer Studies in Mumbai from 1988 to 1989. In 2010 and 2011, they participated in a Leadership Development program offered by the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. During their early education, they attended St. Johns' High School in Bangalore for their ICSE certification from 1981 to 1983.
