Adam Payne is an experienced IT Support Manager with a strong background in service management and project analysis. Currently serving as the UK, Ireland, and Baltics IT Support Manager for Rentokil Initial since May 2017, Adam has also held interim roles and managed service desk operations. In addition to a successful corporate career, Adam is a self-published author, achieving the dream of publishing the novel "Inhuman" in 2021. Prior experience includes roles at HomeServe as a PMO Analyst and Senior IT Service Analyst, as well as positions at Capgemini where Adam progressed from ITSC Tier 1 Analyst to ITSC Training Team Manager.
