Deborah Dillon

Deborah Dillon is a seasoned professional in data privacy and information governance, currently serving as the Global Data Privacy Manager at Rentokil Initial since October 2022. Prior experience includes leading data privacy initiatives at Atos as Advisory Practice Director and UK/I Head of Protection and Data Privacy from March 2016 to October 2022. Deborah has also contributed to TSB Bank and Lloyds Banking Group as a Subject Matter Expert in data privacy and records management. Significant achievements include developing a Records Management Plan for the Scottish Legal Aid Board, ensuring compliance with the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011. Deborah holds multiple degrees in law from esteemed institutions, including an MSc in Criminal Justice and IT Law from Edinburgh Napier University and qualifications from Harvard Law School and Michigan State University.
