Rachel Canham

Rachel Canham is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Rentokil Initial since April 2022, where responsibilities encompass legal, corporate governance, and data privacy across 90 countries, while being a member of the Executive Leadership team. Prior to this role, Rachel held multiple positions at BT from June 2011 to April 2022, including General Counsel for BT Enterprise and Company Secretary & General Counsel for Governance, overseeing legal issues within the Enterprise division and advising the Board on corporate governance matters. Rachel's earlier career includes roles as Chief Counsel for Mergers and Acquisitions at BT and Senior Commercial Lawyer in the Major Transactions Team, as well as corporate positions at Latham & Watkins and Dickson Minto W.S. Rachel holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from Edinburgh University.
