Shivendu Ojha has a diverse work experience in the customer experience and collections field. Shivendu started their career at Aviva India as an Executive call center in April 2012 and worked there until May 2015, progressing to the position of Senior Process Executive. In May 2015, they briefly worked as a Customer Relations Manager at Envent Worldwide. Since November 2015, Shivendu has been associated with RentoMojo, where they have held various roles including Team Lead, Assistant Manager, and Senior Manager in the Customer Experience department. From January 2019 to March 2020, they served as a Chief Manager in the same department. Shivendu then advanced to the position of AVP - Customer Experience & Collection from April 2020 to April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head & AVP for Customer Experience Collections and Risk at RentoMojo.
Shivendu Ojha completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended S.J.S Public School from 2000 to 2007, completing their 10th and 12th grades with a focus on Maths and Science. In addition to their degree, Shivendu also obtained a certification in B-Tech from Uttar Pradesh Technical University in August 2007.
