Martin Keßler

Martin Keßler has a diverse professional background in various organizations. Martin is currently the Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President at Rentschler Biopharma SE, where they are responsible for expanding their biologics CDMO and transforming their manufacturing site. Prior to this role, Martin served as the Chief Executive Officer for Rentschler Biopharma's US operations, overseeing their business and operations, as well as leading the construction of a new manufacturing facility. Martin also founded and served as the Managing Director of MCK - Career and Executive Coaches. Before that, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they held several roles including Associate Partner, Engagement Manager, and Consultant/Senior Consultant.
