Stephanie Kochno has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Director Academy and L&D, as well as Director People/Leadership Development at Rentschler Biopharma SE since January 2016. Prior to this, Stephanie held various roles in recruitment and personnel development at Vetter Pharma from January 2011 to January 2016 and worked at Rentschler Biopharma SE in administrative and HR positions from October 2005 to January 2011. Stephanie's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Management from Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship and a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (BA) in Industry from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
