Phuthep Tiewthanom

Phuthep Tiewthanom has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and software development. Phuthep is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at RentSpree since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as an Associate Manager from April 2021 to January 2022.

Phuthep's most significant role was as a Project Manager at NEXGEN Packaging(Thailand) CO., LTD from May 2016 to April 2021. In this role, they successfully led multiple development teams in implementing projects such as CRM, ERP, E-commerce, web-to-print, PLM, and complex software integrations. Phuthep was responsible for understanding business problem statements, converting them into user stories, defining product vision and strategy, and maintaining a backlog of future work using JIRA.

Before joining NEXGEN Packaging, Phuthep co-founded Everybits Consult in March 2015. As a Co-Founder, their main goal was to reduce the development life cycle for customers by implementing new software development practices such as automation testing and Continuous Integration. Phuthep led clients in migrating from manual to automated testing, implemented integration and system tests, and set up Continuous Integration systems for clients.

Phuthep's earlier experience includes working at Thomson Reuters as a Quality Assurance professional from September 2010 to December 2014. Phuthep collaborated closely with a team to design, implement, and maintain software solutions to improve the software development process. Phuthep also played a key role in designing and implementing a web-based Test Management Tool for QA engineers.

Phuthep Tiewthanom pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Chulalongkorn University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. In July 2018, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
