Joe Bromen

Joe Bromen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Joe is currently working at RentVision as the Director of Client Acquisitions since February 2022. Previously, they worked as the People Development Manager at RentVision from January 2021 to February 2022.

Joe has also worked as the Director of Outreach at the Marine Corps Nebraska Alumni Association since August 2022.

Before that, Joe was a Field Supervisor (Sales Manager) at Premier Roofing Company from June 2020 to January 2021.

Prior to their civilian roles, Joe served in the United States Marine Corps. Joe was a Regional Recruiting Manager for the Marine Corps Recruiting from June 2017 to June 2020. In this role, they oversaw officer recruiting activities in Nebraska and eastern South Dakota, which included sales/recruiting, marketing, social media management, event planning, and budgeting.

Joe also worked at the US Marine Corps Headquarters as the Manager of Talent Retention Programs from June 2014 to June 2017. In this role, they managed programs related to the retention and separation of junior officers, providing customer service and support.

Joe began their career as a Human Resources Officer in the United States Marine Corps from May 2010 to June 2014.

Joe Bromen has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. In 2018, they obtained an Expeditionary Warfare Certification in Operations Management and Supervision from Marine Corps University, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Joe is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services & Data Analytics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they commenced in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, in March 2022, they attained a certification in Marketing Hub Fundamentals from HubSpot.
