Carlos Pedalino has a diverse work experience in the field of satellite engineering. Carlos began their career as a Mechanical/Thermal System Engineer at INVAP, where they worked on telecom satellites from 2000 to 2012. Carlos then joined IberEspacio as an Engineering Manager for a year. Following that, they joined Airbus Defense and Space as a Satellite System Engineer, leading the Mechanical/Thermal System Engineering for the MTG-S Meteosat project from 2013 to 2016. Carlos then returned to INVAP as the Chief System Engineer for a Small GEO HTS Ka-band satellite from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Engineering at ReOrbit since August 2020, where they have been involved in the development of GLUON, an advanced satellite platform. In January 2023, they will transition to the role of VP of Product and Head of LATAM Business at ReOrbit.
Carlos Pedalino obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 2015 to 2016. Carlos also holds a MSc & BSc degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Universidad Nacional de La Plata from 1993 to 1998.
